Team Leader – Client Services
Rullion Elite are working with a top tier global bank to help them to find excellent candidates for a role they have in their Transaction Banking division in Frankfurt. The role available is Team Leader - Client Services.
The roleholder will be the Service Partner (working with Relationship Management, Product Sales, Operations) to develop clients' pre-origination service solutions, manage post origination needs, identify opportunities, and deliver the bank's services.
The role holder will be responsible for:
- Client Service (end to end servicing and ownership of client issues)
- Service Management (review service performance generate new ways to improve service level standards and efficiency; conduct service reviews; review client data)
- Team Leadership (provide guidance and monitor team performance; establish team operating standards)
- Risk Control (assist clients in compliance related matters; comply with KYC and AML)
You will need to be organised and detail orientated, have good Transaction Banking knowledge with previous experience in Client Services, be fluent in German and have excellent interpersonal and communications skills.
