For one of our clients in Amersfoort we are looking for an ambitious and fulltime:

 

Team Leader Customer Service

 

Within this international organization you will work at the European head office together with two other team leaders reporting to the Customer Service Manager.

 

Job Description

Supervision and coordination of Customer Service Teams

·         Daily supervision of the Customer Service Department together with the other Team leaders

·         Handle daily issues and questions from the Customer Service Department

·         Coordination of projects related to Customer Service 

·         Coordinate European Pricing; managing price lists in SAP

·         Optimize work processes with respect to Customer Service

·         Internal and external communication in order to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction

 

Order, Tender and Customer Relationship Management

·         Process customer orders in SAP and follow up with the customers as back up and in periods of high volume orders

·         Customer relations through telephone, email and correspondence as back up

·         Handle and process tenders as back up in high volume orders periods.

·         Customer maintenance duties including credit management (when needed)

 

Reporting Sales and Distribution

·         Regular data checks in SAP and contact for questions of other departments

·         Interpret order management statistics and other data and produce relevant reports to the Operations Manager.

 

Knowledge and Skill requirements

·         Previous experience with Customer Service for at least 3-5 years

·         Strong affinity with Customer Service in the Medical Industry and with the philosophy of the company

·         Experience in working for an international company

·         Excellent communication skills in English and preferably Dutch

·         Good spoken word in a second language (German, French or Spanish or Italian)

·         Preferably experience with SAP

·         Good knowledge of MS office and Windows based computer applications
