The Company
Our client, a highly successful global company with offices opening in Dundalk is seeking a Team Leader in Customer Solutions with fluent German to lead and develop a team of employees in order to achieve and maintain a high level of customer service.
The Challenge
The role will involve;
- Handling and solving customer queries in a friendly and professional manner
- Scheduling and coaching team learning sessions
- Coaching and supporting the team
- Actively encourage your team to achieve high quality customer service
- Ensure compliance with company and departmental procedures
- Effectively balance company and customer needs
The Candidate
- Fluency in German is essential
- Undergraduate degree
- 1-2 years experience gained through work experience/placement/ Praktikum
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- The ability to work as an individual and as part of a team
