Team Leader – Data Controls Management recruitment
Our client is one of the largest global banking groups across Asia and due to continued growth and internal mobility they are looking for an experienced data controls candidate to supervise their growing middle office data team.
Key responsibilities include:-
-Working with global teams as well as managing two staff here in Singapore.
-Lead portfolio control management projects for the data team.
-Review processes and ensure and maintenance issues are addressed and resolved in a timely manner.
-Manage internal auditing of portfolio data.
-Mentor, train and manage daily workflow of staff members.
-Drive control initiatives across the team and with stakeholders globally.
To be successful in your application you will have a minimum of 6 years experience in market data management and controls with at least 1-2 years as a team leader or supervisor. You will be able to demonstrate the need for strong control processes, how to identify gaps and build out robust control frameworks in relation to data.
