Team Leader – Financial Analysis recruitment
The Opportunity
Our client is a well established Financial Services Firm with operations worldwide. Due to further growth, the firm now has a rare vacancy for an Accountant to join the team at their London office. In this role, you will be leading a small team of accountants responsible for the financial analysis and MI for the Private Equity portion of a substantial investment fund. You will also be responsible for developing the team and carrying out their appraisals as and when is necessary. This role reports into the Director for this remit.
Your Profile
The client is looking to meet with candidates with accouning experience gained within Financial Services. The client will consider candidates who are qualified by experience, or candidates who are ACCA Finalists. The prerequisite for this role is Management/supervisory experience. The client is looking to meet with candidates who have very strong people/man management skills. Paramount to this role will be your ability to motivate people as well as your client relationship/interpersonal skills.
