Team Leader Job in Davenport 52807, Iowa US
The Team Leader I will be responsible for managing a team of Technical Staffing and Helpdesk Technicians providing IT support to our client. This is a 24x7 call center environment located in Davenport, IA. The Team Leader will be responsible for the day to day management of the Technicians as well as working with the Service Delivery Management team in developing long term strategies and ensuring contractual deliverables are met.
Responsibilities include
Required qualifications:
- Two or more years of experience of day to day management of a team, preferably in a call center environment
- Two year college degree preferred however candidates with some coursework and management experience will be considered
- Proven leadership skills
- Strong knowledge of MS Office, Excel and Word
- Project management experience
- Time management and organizational skills
- Ability to perform tasks with minimal supervision
- Company conscious and customer oriented
Preferred qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Basic hardware and software troubleshooting ability
- IEX TotalView experience
- Call center management
