Sales Team Leader:
I am currently recruiting a Sales Team Leader for a Telesales company based in Dublin West.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
●Leading a team of sales professionals to achieve targets on a daily basis
●Making every effort to generate sales and revenue
●Motivating a team to perform to the best of their ability
●Deal with clients on a day to day basis predominantly over the phone
●Understand the product portfolio, deliver product and pricing information
●Coach and develop the team
●Conduct regular reviews with staff on a day to day basis and monitor individuals
Performance
● Cold call and maintain existing relationships with Clients both lapsed and prospect clients
Key Requirements:
● Must have the ability to manage a team
● Ability to deal with staffing issues
● Previous coaching and training of staff is essential
●Must be proactive with the ability to develop and coach staff
●Previous sales management/Team leader experience in a similar environment is essential
●Previous sales experience is a must
●Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
●Computer literacy is essential;
●Experience of working in a target driven environment is imperative
●Account Management of all sized customers is also essential
