Team Leader
Office Team Leader - Bilingual English/Spanish (Portuguese German are a plus) My client is currently recruiting for a Team Leader for its office in the Miami area. Main tasks: The ideal candidate will have passion for customer service and a strong commercial and administrative background. The Team Leader will be responsible for directing and optimizing the daily activities of the team members located both in Florida and Mexico. We are looking for a ?hands on? leader who takes and active role in analyzing commercial offers, handling customer communications and promoting the company?s products and services. The team leader is the office administrator and acts as an intermediary between the Miami team and our Americas headquarters in Dallas, TX as well as our global headquarters outside of Hamburg, Germany. The Team Leader reports to the Managing Director Americas. Requirements: Minimum of two years of college/university either in the US, Europe or South America English/Spanish bilingual REQUIRED Both verbal and written communication skills must to be at a college educated level Minimum of two years experience leading a team of 3-10 persons. Strong MS office knowledge (MS Excel is most critical). Candidate must be willing and able to travel both domestically and internationally. Travel not expected to exceed 15%. Additional desirable skill sets: Aviation/Aerospace experience (not a must) Comfortable in a high transaction environment (we sell many low value products, meaning we have multiple ?touches? with our primary customers per day) German language skills (would be good but not a must) Portuguese language skills (preferably) To apply: Email Word resume to karen.newell@adeccona.com for immediate consideration.
