A fantastic opportunity is now available for an experienced, mature minded Team Leader to join the team. The Team Leader is to lead a customer focused team ensuring the consistent provision of up to date corporate information servicing internal and external customers, reflecting the objectives of the organisation. Duties will involve team management and supervision of the day to day operation of the service centre, a commitment to OHS, rostering, budget management, training coaching, analysing statistics and monitoring performance of the unit and identify any areas for improvement and recommend solutions.
To be successful for this role, you will have relevant and recent Team Leading experience, preferably in a local government setting, although not essential. You will have exceptional interpersonal and communication skills and be confident in managing a large team of approximately 10-15 people. Mature minded, with problem solving skills, you will work well with people and enjoy working in a fast paced environment. MS Office skills are essential.
