As a Team Leader in Mutual Funds Trade you will have a high degree of autonomy in the day to day management of the team. You must be capable of interpreting and presenting the policies and procedures of Edward Jones to others within and outside the firm. Utilizing principles of Responsibility Based Performance Management you will create and maintain a team environment that supports associate growth and enhances their contributions to the department and firm. Supporting our branch teams while working in partnership with various stakeholders including the Marketing, Operations and Training areas of the firm along with the multiple mutual fund companies will be a key role that you play. Responsibilities
Lead a team within Mutual Fund Operations in achieving stated goals and
Scheduling and allocating resources
Interviewing, hiring and training oversight for new members to the team
Providing timely performance feedback to associates and team
Involvement in process improvement and automation projects
Build and maintain relations and work in partnership with other areas of the firm to achieve results
Knowledge of FINRA, SEC and other regulatory rules and regulations
Support of the general principal, department leader and other team leaders to achieve stated objectives
Creation, ownership and execution of team and department objectives
Participation in Unit and Divisional objectives

Requirements
Ability to set expectations, resolve issues and hold self and others accountable
Strong people development, organizational and time management skills
Understanding of internal workflows and division/department goals
Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service
Advocate on behalf of Branch teams and the Operations Division regarding the design. creation or enhancements to systems and policies

Ability to analyze, summarize and act upon department results
Strong coaching and mentoring skills
Series 7 and 66 licenses required within 12 months of hire.
