Team Leader Regulations recruitment
In this role you will be working with the Centralized Instrument Database and responsibilities will include, but are not limited to.
- Controlling the accuracy of the financial instruments within the database
- Ensuring that all necessary tools needed for performance management of employees are in place as well as generating proposals for improvement
- Working closely with Senior Management to improve productivity
- Developing and Monitoring projects to develop existing tools
- Maintaining strict application of procedures, legal regulations and guidelines related to the change of local procedures
- Reporting disputed cases or errors and propose preventions
- Assisting employees with complex cases
- Maintaining permanent contact with various departments and branches
- Conducting and Supervising employees
In order to be successful in this role, you should have:
- 3 years previous experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication skills (Fluency in English and French)
- Proficient user of MS Office (Banking software a plus)
- Strong technical knowledge of financial instruments and markets
- Previous experience working within a Hedge Fund
- Team leadership and supervising exposure
- Strong knowledge of internal and external regulations
- Degree or diploma in Banking, Economics, Finance or a related field
Candidates for this role must possess the ability to priorities their work load and multitask efficiently. Experience leading a team is essential as candidates must be able to help skill development in employees as well as monitor their performance and produce feedback.
