As a Desktop Engineer you will be the first point of contact for the team members. For this position I am looking for a strong and experienced Desktop/Servcie desk Team leader with experience ITIL, Incident Management, Ploblem Management, Asset Management, Service level Management. As a Team leader it is your job to ensure that the desktop engineer are motivated, coached, trained and that objectives are set to monitor them. Develop Service Levels, and create management reports related to problem, asset and incident management. A part of your job exist of selecting and implementing the Service desk systems and tools.
Your profile:
* BSc in Computing Science
* Minimum of 1 years working experience in a Team Leader roles
* ITIL knowledge
* working experience on a Service Desk/ Support Desk
* preferably a background in the financial sector
* ability to work in high-pressure, complex working environment
* great communication skills
My client offers a permanent placement with a salary that lies between 40 and 60k, depending on experience. Additionally, they offer outstanding secondary benefits.
