Team Leader Swiss Onshore Geneva recruitment
Role Purpose:
As part of Coutts’s growth startegy this new department is being created to grow our coverage of the Swiss onshore market in and around the Lake Geneva region.
Setting up, developing and leading the Coutts Geneva On-shore Team with focus on relationship management and acquisition of clients based in Swiss French speaking regions.
Growing and driving team contribution to the AUM and revenue growth of the Team.
Key Accountabilities:
- Management and Leadership aspects
- Setting up and Leading a team of dedicated Private Bankers
- Supporting the growth strategy with Marketing efforts in the predefined
segments within Switzerland
- Contributing and participating in the Swiss wide marketing efforts.
- Communication of news on a regular and timely basis within the Organization
- Managing the future growth plans for our important Swiss Onshore Business
- Actively involved in projects and delivering of inputs to our Senior Management
- Control, monitoring and coordination of the overall business relationship as well as cost, revenue and risk aspects
- Acquisition and Marketing
- Acting as a representative and strengthening the brand in Switzerland
- Help your Team to expand the client base in Switzerland through acquisitions with focus on the main target segments (Swiss On-shore clients Inpats from UK, US/Canada and Germany)
- Developing and fostering the relationship with major customers in your area
- Following and evaluating the results of the implementation of plans and strategies
- Defining and Executing the Team Business Case in terms of AUM, revenues and prospecting
- Responsible for the future growth Strategy within Switzerland by representing our Brand
- Sales culture aspects
- Cooperation with all relevant Stakeholders (internal external)
- Occasional solutions campaign (forecast and delivery)
- Developing a strong Sales and service culture within your Teams
- Risk Management aspects
- Responsible that clients are provided with full service according to existing guidelines
- Coach and enforce risk management good practice
- Oversight of your teams client activities
- Oversight and review of key clients
- Ensure documentation is in place for client contact
- Provide documented and formal oversight to ensure adherence to risk standards
Required Experience:
- Wide experience as a Senior Manager in the Swiss On-Shore Business area (at least 8-10 years)
- Existing network and strong relationships in Switzerland
- Proven leadership and acquisition skills
- Strong motivator, hands-on mentality
- Ability to provide innovative ideas and to work under pressure
- Ability to managing and motivating people to achieve their objectives
- Analytical and problem solving skills
- Strong communication, negotiation and networking skills
- Dedicated to maintaining high quality standards and client’s satisfaction
- Very good language skills in English is a must as well as strong French is big advantage
- Used to work in a matrix organisation is a big advantage
