Team Leader Trade Surveillance recruitment
My client, a prestigious Asset Manager, is looking for a Team Leader Trade Surveillance (or Compliance Monitoring) in their Fixed Income Team. You must be an absolute Fixed Income Specialist to be able to fulfil this vacancy.
Responsibilities include the supervision of one Compliance Monitoring Specialist and dealing with escalated breaches of Fund Managers. The role reports directly to the Head of Compliance Asset Management and you work in very close cooperation with Fund Managers. You stay abreast of regulatory requirements and ensure the business complies with them. In addition you operate as a point of contact for any compliance related questions.
You have gained 7+ years of experience in an Asset Management, or Fund Management environment. You may have spent the first years of your career on the product side (Fixed Income) and moved into Compliance Monitoring/ Trade Surveillance at a later point.
You are a person that strives for excellence and has a client-focused mentatility. You are able to build good relationship across the business and play an active role in fostering compliance awareness.
