Team Leader/Machine Controller Job in Oxford OX46NL, Home Counties UK
An exciting opportunity to join a leading car manufacturer in Cowley.
You will be responsible for leading a team in line with the Process Leader's direction and company guidelines. Responsible for all aspects of production within the Paintshop including processes, volume, quality, consumables, training and labour planning. You will also be responsible for safety and maintenance issues.
Analysis of appropriate data to identify trends and remedial actions. Carry out and lead simple facility maintenance tasks unsupervised. Ensure optimisation of plant/equipment, cycle time, process specifics and technical availability.
Carry out checks and report to Process Leader, own team and support functions.
Applicants must be self motivated, confident with the ability to tackle issues in a proactive manner. You must be capable of working to deadlines have good communication skills with all levels of management.
