Team Leader/Head of Contract Division - IT
My clients are a specialist IT recruitment consultancy based in central Birmingham. With over 10 years experience in IT recruitment, they have become a well known and trusted supplier to private companies and the public sector. They are currently recruiting for a Team Leader/Head of Contract Division due to growth of the business.
My clients are recruiting for a Contract Team Leader to join their continuously expanding company. You must have a strong recruitment background and will have experience of working within a contract IT environment and ideally have management experience. This will be a challenging but rewarding position for a candidate with drive and enthusiasm, as the division grows the successful applicant will work towards Directorship giving them equity shares. You must be able to build and maintain longstanding relationships with clients and candidates and be competent within a full 360 recruitment role whilst managing the existing team of billing Recruitment Consultants. This position may suit an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant who is looking to make the next step into a management level role; alternatively you may be an experienced Team Leader who would relish the opportunity to head towards Directorship and company shares. You will lead from the front and be capable of motivating and developing your team as you push the contract division forward.
