TEAM/JOB OVERVIEW:

RFP have a substantial presence in the Operations Middle Office recruitment space with an enviable client base across investment banking, broking, clearing exchange, asset management custody and private wealth. We operate across the full spectrum of relationships from Tier 1 supplier on a formal PSL to informal sole supplier to niche firms with a constant focus on our goal: to find the best skills in the market for our clients and the best jobs in the market for our candidates. The world of City recruitment has changed significantly in recent years and we seek an individual who truly 'gets' the new market dynamics and can proactively build a network of long term personal relationships and deliver substantial returns. We are ideally seeking an individual at Senior Consultant/Team Leader level with a strong track record recruiting temps for Operations Middle Office roles.

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:
To be a successful intermediary between our clients and candidates. Successfully meeting the needs of both parties to generate revenue and grow RFP's market share.

-Understanding your market. Building long term client relationships, becoming a market expert
-Building a talent pool of available candidates and actively marketing them. Building long term candidate relationships
-Getting to know your client and their business so well that only candidates who match their needs are presented to them
