Team Manager

Working for a leading organisation, to manage a team of outbound customer service agents who will undertake b2b calls. Candidates must possess previous Team Leader experience, outbound or sales experience is strongly desired.

The role is requiring the Team Leader to be responsible for daily work allocation. Managing and mentoring a team of 18 call centre staff. Teams must work to KPI’s, tight deadlines and ensure all targets are met daily. The purpose is to lead a team of agents to deliver effective and efficient sales calls. In order to maximise customer satisfaction and overall operational performance.

Therefore candidates must be organised and flexible, with the ability to make decisions. More importantly the ability to motivate the team.
