Your team

The Retail Bank is the public face of CommBank - in branches, on the phone, through videoconferencing and online. Together we deliver a seamless banking experience for the future to our 10 million+ personal and small business customers. Your impact

The Collections Team Manager you will lead a team of passionate and motivated Collections Officers to achieve targets and ensure superior customer experiences. You will be responsible for planning, organising and ensuring that all team targets are met by managing and developing team members. In doing so you will ensure delinquency of retail products are minimised, write-offs are reduced and accurate work is produced. Ultimately, as the Team Manager you are responsible for the day to day efficient and effective operation of your team.

What will help you succeed?

You are highly driven, enthusiastic and demonstrate strong leadership capabilities and the proven ability to motivate others to achieve targets. You will ideally have had experience in managing within a contact centre environment and have an excellent knowledge of retail banking products, whilst being passionate about coaching, mentoring and developing teams. Problem solving and strong communications skills are key; and you role model our values and encourage customer centric behaviours.
