The Opportunity

The Responsibilities

As the Manager of a team of approx. 15 people (accounting, legal and administrative):

• You review the work of the team and are responsible for the timely preparation of annual accounts and tax returns.
• You realize commercial objectives according to objectives and business plan
• You are the point of contact for internal audit
• You coach and develop the potential of the members of your team
• You prepare the annual accounts for the client portfolio
• You manage and supervise risk at all levels within the team
• You are responsible for all compliance related matters (including client acceptance)
• You participate in recruitment and are responsible for team members’ appraisals

The Competencies

• You have at least 5 years of relevant experience with a law firm, a big 4 or a trust company
• You are fluent in English (working language). The knowledge of French is an asset
• You demonstrate strong people management skills and you are also an excellent team player
• You have strong organizational skills and are able to meet deadlines
• You are sales-oriented and result-oriented
