Team Manager- Financial Reporting for Deutsche bank recruitment

GRC team submits exposure, counterparty / borrower and collateral data for the Frankfurt/EMEA and Americas region into the global CRES / dbArtos (Risk Aggregation) process in Group Risk Controlling. The data is used for German regulatory and management reporting as well as for public disclosure. The team also support certain German regulatory reporting requirements directly (banking statistics and ‘KWG 14’). In addition, the team supplies data that is used by Legal Entity Controlling (LEC) and regional regulatory reporting.

Key Aspects of Role

• Manage a team performing various Risk Reporting and Regulatory Reporting functions.

• Perform Quality Assurance (QA) for the process owners/team members

• Perform monthly CRES feed processes. This includes loading and validating the data and quality assurance (reconciliation to the general ledger, review and explanation of month-over-month changes both in the original data and in the results fed back by Group Risk Controlling).

• Work closely with feed providers and Credit Risk Management (CRM) to resolve data related issues and questions.
