Passenger Vehicle Service Department (Derwent Park)
Our front-line Team Managers are responsible for greeting customers and attending to their car service needs; making and following up service bookings; liaison between the technicians and the customer; and administrative tasks such as job costing. As part of the Team Manager’s role they are also required to work to performance targets including the requirement to sell service related products, so an enthusiastic approach to work and selling is required.
Trade qualifications (mechanic) or a sound
mechanical aptitude would be a definite advantage, as would previous dealership experience, however more importantly we are looking to secure the services of a vibrant, confident and customer friendly Team Manager who can relate to our customers and their car-service needs. Sound computer skills are also required.
