Based on your technical know-how in the area of SW integration and leadership competence you are managing a
team of more than 10 highly skilled engineers who are handling the LTE SW integration.
Your tasks:
- Disciplinary and technical leader of a team with more than 7 team members
- Team planning, recruitment and competence development
- Definition and implementation of software integration processes and quality improvements
- Interfacing and coordination with interdisciplinary units, e.g. software development and test
- Collaboration with other ST-Ericsson sites (e.g. Lund Sweden and Beijing China) on technical and project level
- Approve integration project planning and monitor execution throughout project life cycle
- Resource planning and project assignments
Your profile:
- Minimum M.Sc. degree or similar qualifications in telecommunications, computer science or other
relevant area - Strong technical background in software development, integration and verification background
- At least 5 years of experience with SW Integration and Testing as well as Configuration Management
- Knowledge in the areas of Quality Assurance and Software Development Processes are a must
- Well-structured way of working
- Excellent language skills in English are a must, German is very much appreciated
- Good communication and social skills
