Team Move; Senior private bankers; Caribbean clients; Caribbean (p) recruitment
My client offers a leading platform and is well established in Global markets. In this role you would be responsible for managing HNW and UHNW clients from the Caribbean region. My client is interested for candidates for their office in Nassau. The team is large for the Bahamas and is broken up into 3 main market segments. My client is now looking to Build out the Caribbean team. Having been successful they are looking for private bankers or a team who can build in these markets, developing new clients for the bank and a candidate that shows potential to grow their book. A team covering the Caribbean is very attractive for my client.
Suitable candidates for this position should demonstrate the following skills and experiences:
• Previous experience of managing relationships in the Caribbean.
• A demonstrable track record in client acquisition.
• A strong knowledge of the wealth management industry in the Caribbean.
My client is realistic in their expectations and are looking for potential as much as experience and in terms of targets will be looking for a solid business plan detailing assets that can be brought into the bank within the first 3 years. This can be supplied at a later date. The team move will be generously compensated.
