We currently have 4 regional offices across the UK and with continued success and business growth with high street fashion brands such as Republic joining our portfolio, we are recruiting a Team Scheduler, based in our Head Office in York
The Team Scheduler will be responsible for the daily scheduling of individuals to work in inventories nationwide. You will schedule the individuals according to their current performance, ability skills, mix of team, location and availability. You will constantly be analysing data to ensure that the teams are crewed correctly and with the most productive, available, crew members. This is an extremely busy and demanding role which will require you to juggle multiple tasks on a daily basis and to react quickly.
To be successful within this role you will have a proven track record within scheduling, preferably from an environment that requires daily scheduling of people. Any experience within the retail industry would be a distinct advantage. Anyone from a people resource background or similar would also be considered.
You will also possess outstanding coordination skills and be a strong communicator and have excellent attention to detail. The ability to plan your own time and manage your own work load efficiently is essential, coupled with the ability to juggle multiple projects on a daily basis. Good all round administration skills are a must.
Working hours are, Monday-Friday and may include some Saturdays. This is a permanent role offering a salary up to £23k dependent upon experience.
