COMPANY PROFILE:
Brightoil Group is one of the largest privately owned petroleum enterprise in China. The Company was established in 1992 and was the second largest fuel oil importer in 2009. It is only non-state owned licensee eligible to provide bunkering services in China. Brightoil Group currently has interest in sales, storage of oil and petrochemical, terminal loading/unloading, marine bunkering, land marine transportation, petroleum exploration, gas station bunkering services. With its fully integrated up and down stream businesses and a complete supply chain network, it provides strong support to its customers and partners.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- To provide administrative support to Team’s Leadership Members
- Assist with general administration support including setting up appointments/ meetings, preparing presentations, booking equipment and setting it up, expenses, travel and accommodation requirements
- Manage diaries if necessary
- Take minutes for meetings (written in English with Chinese translation)
- Provide logistics and administrative support of the office
- May also be involved in daily operations and activities
QUALIFICATIONS AND / OR EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- Strong skills in large scale environment with a proven track record in supporting Senior Management team
- Good communication skills.
- Excellent personal organisation.
- Team player and able to work in a matrix environment and across various levels.
- Good knowledge of MS office tools
- Being bilingual in written/spoken English and Mandarin will be a clear advantage
