Team Secretary- Trade floor recruitment

Team Secretary/ Desk Assistant role based on FICC trading floor, for large Foreign Exchange Team in the City The team already has 2 senior assistants and requires a 3rd assistant to help with the high volume of travel and expenses. Ongoing contract role

• High volume of complicated travel bookings and urgent visa applications

• Processing of expenses relating to travel and entertainment with clients

• Processing of pre approvals required for travel and entertainment

• Processing of Invoices for approval payment

• Raising of requests for market data and technology

• Setting up meetings/conference calls, booking meeting rooms

• Keeping track of holiday records for the department

• Organising client entertainment

• General administration and support duties e.g. ordering stationary, mobiles/blackberries, monitoring taxi usage, maintaining printers with toner and paper, filing, photocopying, etc.

• Role requires some answering of phones
