Team Secretary

A new and exciting opportunity has arisen for a permanent Team Secretary to be based in Brighton for a prestigious Financial Services organisation. The function of this role is to provide full secretarial and administrative support to ensure the smooth running of day-to-day office requirements.

This role involves:

· Standard secretarial duties such as audio and copy typing
· Handling telephone enquiries and ensuring they are dealt with effectively
· Ensure that all relevant correspondence / documentation is dealt with accurately and promptly
· Orderly maintenance of records, DMS processing of incoming/outgoing correspondence
· Ensuring files for new clients are set-up and fully compliant
· Diary management
· Filing and any other appropriate duties that may be required
· Dealing with incoming and outgoing post
· Administration duties when required to assist the team – training will be given

Essential Skills and Experience:

· Relevant secretarial qualification
· Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
· Audio Copy typing experience
