The role: Team Secretary/ Administrator

Our client, one of the world's leading insurance organisations, is seeking a part-time Team Secretary/ Administrator on a temp to perm basis; to provide general secretarial duties for a team of 7 within their fast paced and busy underwriting department.
The Team Secretary/Administrator will be expected to be highly organised; be responsible for dealing with correspondence, the team's diary management, ensuring that all meetings and events are correctly scheduled. The Team Secretary/Administrator will provide administrative support as well as creating presentations and inputting premium figures.

What we're looking for: Team Secretary/ Administrator

The Team Secretary/Administrator will be an ambassador for the organisation, and therefore it is imperative that you are polished and possess first class communication skills. You will need team secretarial experience, preferably within an Insurance or Financial Services environment.
You will need strong Microsoft Office and mathematical skills, holding an O/A level in Maths, as you will need to be able to calculate percentages and create presentations.
