Team/Desk Head Position for Experienced Dutch Focused Private Banker |Geneva| Manager, UHNW, HNW, CRM, Private Wealth Holland, Netherlands recruitment
JOB DESCRIPTION
Due to a recent depart, a European wealth institution is looking to bring in a experienced private banker to run a onshore desk in the Dubai office. Working closely with senior management, the role involves managing a team of experienced private bankers whilst continually developing his/her personal portfolio to still play an active role in the growth of the desk.
Responsibilities:
• Lead, Inspire and guide a team of four Private bankers to build out the desk covering Dutch HNW/UHNW clients.
• Drive client acquisition and revenue generation by promoting the companies brand and products through marketing and key events
• Assisting with the compiling of investment proposals and solutions depending on the goals fixed, clients' assets and the chosen investment policy.
• Following up on existing client relationships and responding to client requests.
• Attract new talent to the desk, coach and retain existing members and foster development to strengthen partnerships.
• Implement processes, guidelines and modify practices according to legal and compliance requirements and sales efficiency standards
• Meeting prospects and key clients on your own, or with other members of the team.
Profile:
• At least 8 years of professional experience as a successful relationship manager, advisor to clients with product and investment knowledge.
• Formal qualifications (university or other recognized banking or financial degree).
• The ability to manage, develop and grow client relationships.
• The capability to take responsibility for costs and results.
• The know-how to ensure that your team's client portfolios of investments meet legal and regulatory requirements through effective co-ordination with risk and compliance colleagues.
• The ability to deliver against agreed Key Performance Indicators.
