Teamhead Reconciliation
In this demanding role you will manage a small team of specialists and will be responsible for an accurate and efficient handling of all reconciliation issues of securities, cash products and Internal Accounts. You and your team will reconcile real-time cash positions and periodic custodian statements. In the event of reconciliation differences you will be responsible for monitoring, investigating and resolving those differences with counterparties, custodians and the appropriate departments. In addition you will take care of the reporting to the management, establishing statistics as well as foster on a regular cooperation with colleagues from corporate actions, entitlements and settlement.
The successful candidate has a solid education, several years of experience in security operations and experience in leading a team. Core requirements include a thorough understanding of the security settlement processes, a hands-on approach as well as high reliability and the desire for top quality standards. As a positive minded, supportive teamplayer you will be able to convince professionals at all levels in various departments and counterparties. Proficient use of MS Office is essential, a solid business German is an asset.
