Description:
This position is in the Program Support unit of the Systems Engineering Department. This position will support the Integrated Product Team (IPT) with the execution of technical work scope. This position will be responsible for the definition of technical scope for proposal efforts, documentation of detailed Statements of Work (SOW), coordination of effort estimates and review of hours against required technical tasks. Additional responsibilities include review and analysis of engineering metrics, identification of issues, supporting Preventive And Corrective Action (PACA) analysis and the definition and implementation of corrective action plans.
This position will also support the engineering team in:
- transitioning the engineering design to production
- the preparation of System and Services Development(SSD) measures to be reported in the monthly Engineering Technical Reviews (ETR)
- the creation and maintenance of control account plans
Develop and provide innovative and creative solutions to a variety of problems of moderate scope and complexity, using established precedent and policies. Work under general supervision. Contribute to specific projects milestones.

Qualifications:
A Bachelors degree in a technical discipline is required with a minimum of 2 years experience. Equivalent years of directly related experience may be considered in lieu of educational requirements.
Understanding of engineering terminology
Working knowledge of engineering programs
Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. Citizenship is required. Candidates must be able to obtain a Secret clearance.
