Have a direct impact on real estate, design, construction, maintenance and support operations of stores, Distribution Centers or headquarters locations. With specific direction, prioritizes and resolves CAD related issues. Works with Store Design CAD clients, Store Design CAD Development team and TTS support to resolve support related issues. Researches CAD client issues that relate to CAD applications, programming, and CAD tools. Works with Store Design CAD Development team to build tools that resolve user issues and assists with testing and piloting customized and enhanced CAD programs and tools. Works with CAD Development team to assist in prioritizing support related issues and work efforts. Use your skills, experience and talents to be a part of groundbreaking thinking and visionary goals. As a Tech Support Specialist, you'll take the lead as you - Work with CAD clients to research and resolving CAD related support issues (CAD applications, programming and CAD tools) - Work with TTS support groups to resolve server, network, print and other issues that affect CAD clients - Engaging CAD Development to resolve issues, as determined - Log all incoming support issues; documents resolution - Create written and online documentation of CAD support solutions; online documentation allows for the ability to search quickly to identify and resolve recurring, or similar related issues - Supporting the CAD development process by providing user testing and pilot coordination; when applicable Requirements - 4 year degree or equivalent work experience - 0-3 years in a technical support or trouble-shooting role - Knowledge in VB6 VB.net - Ability to utilize resources and resolve problems quickly - Ability to multi-task; manage multiple priorities simultaneously - Good communication skills (verbal, listening and written); ability to explain technical solutions to technical and non-technical teams Benefits Eligible team members will receive one of the best earnings packages anywhere, including competitive pay, all-around insurance coverage, 401(k), flexible scheduling, training and development and many other perks and benefits.
