JOB REQUIREMENTS
-Bachelors Degree from an Accredited University
-5-7 years of overall sales experience relevant to position, including 2 years of consulting sales experience
-2+ years of consulting sales into government clients -Strong understanding of government procurement processes
-Strong understanding of current trends in Information Technology
-Technical Certifications
-Previous experience with selling Oracle product or solutions

JOB QUALIFICATIONS
-Independently manages complex deals from opportunity to closure with minimal oversight
-Participate/lead joint License, Education, and Marketing Account Planning sessions
-Qualify leads, determines deal strategy and identifies sales pursuit team to build proposals including solution design, work estimates, and scope
-Convert scoped work product into a Statement of Work or proposal that can presented to the customer
-Present the proposed business solution to the client for acceptance, resolve contractual issues and secure signatures; take the process to closure with completed sale
-Keep the customer and Mythics internal team informed about deal process
-Be able to accurately forecast 30-60-90 days in advance
-Track all pipeline activity in a logical concise manner
-Transition completed deals to Mythics implementation team
-Monitor customer satisfaction and loyalty for assigned accounts
-Resolve customer escalations on an account level by assessing the situation, validating the approach with Sales/Delivery Management and involving the appropriate internal resources
-Identify and cultivate customer references; leverage them to enable future sales
-Engage customers and prospects in marketing campaigns and events to raise awareness of Mythics offerings and capabilities
