Technical Account Management recruitment
Our client, a rapidly growing exchange platform, is looking urgently for an individual to join their integration team in a client facing position. The technical account manager position requires the provision of technical support to automated traders and independent software vendors, including project management and on-boarding all within a client facing team. This is a role that encompasses technical knowledge of API connectivity in financial services, relationship management and business development, to successfully support and drive forward the company's clients.
The ideal candidate will have the required skills -
- Experience of client liaison with both internal and external individuals (with a focus on relationship management of business development)
- Experience of API connectivity in financial services
- Strong technical background - JAVA and/or .NET preferred
- Knowledge of FX, CFD's, derivatives and exchange trading
- Bachelor's degree or higher
And ideally have the additional skills -
- Programming experience in relation to API connectivity
- Knowledge of algorithmic trading
- Knowledge of Linux/Unix
- Knowledge of FIX protocol with exchange connectivity experience
- Understanding of Agile software development process
