The role: Technical Account Manager, Ad Exchange Buy Side Inspire companies to "go Google." The Enterprise team at Google brings the power of cloud computing to small and large businesses, educational institutions and government agencies. As a Technical Account Manager, you are responsible for providing technical solutions and managing relationships with Google's largest and most strategic online publishers. As a liaison between your clients and our technical staff, you flawlessly lead deployments, implementations and integrations of a variety of our product lines (such as Search, Mobile, Video and Commerce). From monitoring product performance to debugging and troubleshooting product code, you are the resident expert that addresses partner needs, helping to increase revenue and drive new business opportunities. You are a technical expert with an entrepreneurial drive and desire for client management. Responsibilities: Work to automate and scale our client service offerings; actively code in Python to improve systems and processes. Expertise in Python is a good to have. Ensure project team, internal management, and external customers are provided with appropriate, timely, and accurate project information and status updates. Work with business leaders to develop strategy including best practices, change management, and monetization analysis. Provide post-implementation training, consulting services, and best practices to clients. Collaborate with the Sales team or lead efforts to monitor exchange activity and track performance against goals. Identify delays, budget, or technical quality concerns so they can be proactively addressed. Minimum Qualifications: BA/BS degree (In lieu of degree, 4 years relevant work experience). 2 years experience working in a client-facing capacity. Preferred Qualifications: 6 years relevant work experience, including 4 years industry experience. Ability to absorb complex technical concepts and communicate them to a non-technical audience effectively.
