A leading provider of electronic trading solutions for the financial services community is looking for a Technical Account Manager, ( Java, FIX protocol, Electronic Trading, Hosted Support), with experience in Java or C# Development and FIX protocol, to work within the Client Services team based in London.
As a Technical Account Manager - (Java, FIX protocol, Electronic Trading, Hosted Support) you will work as part of a dedicated and highly skilled team working with Tier 1 clients helping to ensure that support is given to a broad range of leading edge products. The Technical Account Manager - (Java, FIX protocol, Electronic Trading, Hosted Support) position will provide the right candidate an opportunity to develop and move into a Managerial / Team Leadership position within the next 12 months.
This is a client facing role that involves technical implementation and ongoing support for clients within the London region.
As a Technical Account Manager - ( FIX protocol, Electronic Trading, Exchange, Java, Hosted Support, Low Latency) you will be responsible for the following:
* Advising clients on technical solutions
* Building platforms containing only "off the shelf" components
* Providing project management updates and checkpoints for clients and colleagues
* Deploying client platforms with client environments need seamless integration
* Training and support of clients platforms
To be considered as a Technical Account Manager you must have the following experience,:
* Development experience
* Experience in a client facing role
* Computer Science degree or equivalent
* Project Management understanding / experience
* Excellent client facing skills
* Level 2 support experience
