Technical Account Manager (IT Service Delivery)
Location: Canary Wharf, Docklands, London
Salary: £50,000 (plus benefits and bonuses)
Role:
I am short listing for a Technical Account Manager/Commercial Service Delivery Manager for a high growth client providing Cloud/IT Infrastructure services for global clients.
There is a large element of client reporting and also liaison with operational colleagues in Project Management, Service Delivery, NOC Management and 3rd line Engineering.
Suitable candidates will have a technical, IT Engineering/Consultancy background, predominantly in the delivery of Cloud Services and IT Infrastructure (Helpdesk/Networking/Security/Hosting/Storage etc.).
Duties:
- Report on performance of services to clients as agreed in the contract and ensure that the service levels are achieved
- Build services relationships with clients
- Provide reports based on an agreed schedule (or on request), including management and account performance reports
- Act as the escalation point for any problem management issues not resolved (from either party)
- Schedule service review meetings
- SLA performance reports, service improvements, quality and processes
- Manage technical requests, ongoing issues and challenges and oversee process to resolution
- Arrange technical workshops to support development of future roadmaps
- Ensure all technical reporting is produced to customer requirements
- Holistically understand the customer's system and its business value and bring in any additional specialist technical expertise when required (internal and external)
- Arrange client service review meetings; areas covered will include: capacity planning; technical improvements and service continuity
