As a Technical Account Manager you will be joining our client, a global online payments solutions provider based in fantastic offices at Thames Valley Park, Reading. This is the perfect position for a bright and upbeat Technical Account Manager who is looking to further their career in a highly rewarding business.
This position will provide the successful Technical Account Manager with an exciting and varied role, working for an innovative payments provider who are now owned by a global giant but still remain autonomous.
Core responsibilities as a Technical Account Manager will include:
- Provide Technical Support to blue chip clients
- Create technical and project management orientated relationships.
- Manage Technical communications with merchant’s technical, project and customer service teams.
- Resolve business and technical problems.
- Meet with existing clients for sales opportunities and service reviews
- Provide remote and on-site support.
Essential Skills:
- A background in a technical role – engineer, development or database specialist
- Experience as a Technical Account Manager working with all levels of an organisation
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Happy travelling to client sites throughout the UK and abroad at times
- Exposure to the card payments industry would be highly beneficial
