Description

Functions as the primary link between shareholder accounting system and the client. Analyzes clients' system and operational-related problems and implements solutions. Works directly with clients, programmers, QA testers, business analysts, system analyst and managers.

KNOWLEDGE: Advanced knowledge of the principles and practices within a professional field. Integrates and evaluates new advancements in the industry to coordinate and contribute to successful business results.

COMMUNICATION SKILLS AND INFLUENCE: Influence or motivate individuals or groups who may have different interest and goals. Requires presentation of potentially complex information and views.

CLIENT CONTACTS: Maintains effective internal and external contacts. Models good client relations. Anticipates and meets both short and long-term needs of customers. Seeks ways of improving client service orientation.

PEOPLE MANAGEMENT RESPONSIBILITY: No direct management responsibility

PROJECT MANAGEMENT RESPONSIBILITIY: Manages a project of major scope. May involve employees from different, but related, disciplines and more than one site. May require integration of complicated or diverse inputs to achieve project's objectives at the department or functional level.

LEADERSHIP: Takes a lead role in work group, team or project. Mentors/trains others. Monitors the progress of overall group and individual goals. Delegates appropriately and encourages independent behavior.

PROBLEM SOLVING: Applies knowledge to determine solutions to complex problems with minimal direction. Uses research and analysis to develop innovative solutions.

IMPACT: Decisions directly influence project completion, client relationships and/or expenditures.

Qualifications

EDUCATION: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
JOB-RELATED EXPERIENCE: A minimum of four years
