Technical Accounting Business Management Asia recruitment
In this role, your role will include, but is not limited to:
- Being responsible for Technical Accounting Business Management for PC Asia and be the key contact for Client Markets and other stakeholders
- Ensure that all technical accounting information for clients, management, shareholders and supervisory purposes is created and maintained in a timely, accurate, effective and efficient manner.
- Support thee Administration strategy in Asia (marketing, analysis, implementation and performance monitoring) (e.g. ELRAC)
- Provide excellent external and internal customer services; acting as a Technical Accounting ambassador; perform client visits and have close client interaction (Client Centricity)
- Answering ad hoc queries from internal stake holder (e.g. Finance, Underwriting, Claims, Legal)
- Overseeing together with peers the offshored / outsourced work / processes performed in the Global Services Asia Bangalore location
In order to be successful in this role, you should possess:
- Degree in business administration
- 3-5 years experience in Reinsurance or Insurance accounting or Reinsurance industry
- Result oriented working style, with strong focus on performance, targets and risk management
- Pro-active business oriented approach; understand customer issues and concerns and actively seek to address them in developing solutions
- Strong Analytical skills
- Strong computer skills (i.e. Lotus Notes/Word/Excel/Power Point).
- Flexibility in traveling for business purposes
