Technical Administrator Job in Ilford, Home Counties Uk

Our client based in Ilford have an urgent requirement for a Technical Administrator based at their site in Ilford.

You will ideally have experience within an electrical services or electrical wholesalers.
Have excellent communication skills and be IT Literate

You will provide technical and administrative support to contract managers and the highest level of customer care, promoting a good external perception of the company at all times.

Duties will include;

Ordering materials whilst adhering to the procurement procedure
Looking at works, service reports and ascertain what works are required to complete the job
Obtaining quotes from preferred suppliers
Organising works materials for engineers
Updating Contract Manager's diaries and update in line with works status
Any other ad hoc duties as and when required
