Kelly Scientific Resources has a direct hire opportunity for you! Working as a Technical Advisor, you will be responsible for product sales to existing and new customers. Must come with great people skills, proven time management skills and the enthusiasm needed to be successful in this phone based position. Salary: $39-42K annually. Responsibilities: · Support and handle incoming order entry, quotes and technical questions from internal and external customers. · Provide efficient technical troubleshooting support on test systems. · Identify sales opportunities, understand the industries, offer appropriate up-sell and corss-sell opportunities. · Handle technical and application sales questions. · Calculate customer quotations. · Advise customers and prospective customers on relevant service offerings for each product offering. Requirements: · AA / AS / BA / BS in technical field. Bachelor degree preferred. · Fluent in Spanish English (verbal and written) is required. · Prior call center experience, 1-2 years in Technical Support · Ability to continually learn cross-functional services. · Oracle experience preferred.
