My client is looking for a technical analyst to design and deliver infrastructure solutions for the Voice and call centre technical services team.
You will be responsible for producing technical documentation and providing support and direction for team members as well as testing and implementing core infrastructure solutions. Must be fully trained on Aspect ACD including VoIP solutions.
