Technical Analyst, Financial Control recruitment
My client is looking for a qualified accountant with a functional understanding of Hyperion HFM, (more than just an end user) who is looking for a role that involves providing operational support to Finance teams across their Group. They will be providing input to projects, analysing and providing analysis on change and its impact on the system.
Key duties and accountabilities include:
• Provides support by reviewing, interpreting and responding to queries raised by the Finance teams within Finance or the Functions
• Investigates and resolves the more complex problems, issues and queries, liaising with customers, suppliers and other experts, as appropriate.
• Ensures queries are dealt with promptly within agreed SLAs, regularly monitor progress against targets
• Acts as a centre of excellence for the business providing expert help and guidance on a wide range of complex and difficult subjects
• Keeps up to date with subject matter knowledge and best practice in this area
• Owns and manages specific processes efficiently and effectively e.g. Master Data Management process
• Assesses Change Requests for impact on existing processes and architecture
• Undertake, with others, Functional Systems Testing and User Acceptance Testing for quarterly releases of change requests
