As a Business Intelligence Technical Analyst, you will be based Morrisville, NC and will support the organization in providing design, data modeling, development, test support and implementation expertise in delivering business intelligence solutions to the organization. This role you will be accountable for performing enhancements and supporting defects as it relates to business intelligence initiatives. You will perform data modeling and designing new solutions, as well as develop code required to support business intelligence initiatives in a MicroStrategy or other selected technologies. Additionally, you will resolve code defects and update status in Quality Center while performing test support on open questions and issues associated with design or new code. Your experience supporting implementation initiatives required to deploy new technologies to production will further develop your skills in this dynamic role!
Requirements
- 2 to 3 years
Design and Development experience in a Business Intelligence environment such
as Microstrategy, Business Objects, Cognos, Oracle BI etc. - Working Knowledge
and Proficiency in Database Concepts in Relational and Dimensional Models. - Familiarity with
Databases such as Oracle/SQL Server and strong in SQL and PL/SQL - Good
communication and presentation skills - Data Modeling
experience will be a plus - Bachelors Degree
in Computer Science or related field is preferred - Knowledge of
Systems development life cycle methodologies - Knowledge of ETL
workflows and tools such as Informatica will be a plus
