Our client is one of the leading corporations in automotive components. They are currently seeking to employ a Technical and Sales Manager.


Technical and Sales Manager (Environmental Technologies) is responsible for CIS local implementation of global Account Strategies. Activities in this role include, but are not limited to, support of local customer account by providing applications engineering, project management and supply chain management services.

The Role:
The major responsibilities are to maintain market understanding, define and align regional strategy, to add value to our products through technical expertise and to execute the commercial tasks needed to satisfy customer needs and internal management requirements.
Ongoing Tasks include:
Processing Customer Inquiries,including

  • clarification of customer needs,
  • quotation preparation:
  • price
  • payment terms
  • specification
  • delivery terms
  • consistency with global strategy
  • ensuring smooth logistics and importation
  • negotiating long term supply contracts with businesses as appropriate

    Developing and Maintaining Market Understanding

  • provide sales forecasts at regular intervals
  • understand global market picture
  • understand the supply chain
  • establish maintain a substrate per car list

    Providing Value Added Services

  • system design support
  • coordination of commercial and technical projects
  • improve efficiency of supply chain with respect to design, planning and logistics

    Execute Marketing

  • participation in presentations and exhibitions
  • staying designed in and pro ceramics
  • report socio-economic factors

    Project tasks:

    Technical training and establishment

  • The objective is to learn about products, manufacturing, software, design tools and develop a technical support network.
  • Establishing local technical support services as appropriate as well as
  • Define the division of activities
  • Add required tools or access to data and software

    Supporting the development of an end-user strategy

  • develop comprehensive market understanding
  • develop long-term plan to maximize our leverage in the supply chain while maintaining a high market share and consistency with the global strategy.


    The Candidate:


    Educational background: Min Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering
    (can also be Chemical engineering, or MBA type with strong technical background).
    Minimum 4 years industry experience.
    Automotive industry experience preferably
    English fluent in written and spoken
    Capacity of frequent traveling in CIS and abroad
    Being capable of working in a matrix organization

    Character: Independent worker (we need someone that can drive this job, being in a “remote” location with the need to communicate with other regions).
    Personal integrity.
    Self-starter with outgoing personality.
    Technical curiosity (could be more biased towards technology, vs. biased towards commercial.
