Job Description:
Technical Assistant

Responsibilities:
Provide customer support for technical products
Create, maintain and manipulate complex Excel files.
Maintain client asset records
Follow up on missing or incorrect data.
Enter data into database or spreadsheets as needed.
Respond to request for assets, transfers or moves.
Generate reports as needed.
Audit for appropriate paperwork and ensure proper procedures are followed.
Serve as product and technology expert for clients and internal departments.
Review and enter all paperwork and forms
Revenue and resolve variance
High volume of customer data entry

Qualifications:
Expert level Excel skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong analytical skills
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks to meet strict deadlines
Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment
Strong technology skills including MS Office
Associates degree or college level accounting courses
Experience working within a high tech environment preferred.
