Technical Author The successful applicant will work within a small team but will also be expected to be a self-starter and to take responsibility for their own workload. The Vacancy Our client gives talented and capable individuals the opportunity to experience a range of responsibilities across the company and make a valuable contribution to the business. They are looking for an excellent communicator with a flair for the written word to provide a general documentation service to the company and produce Online Help for the clinical software developed by the company. The successful applicant will be responsible for: • producing and maintaining Online Help for SystmOne clinical software • •analysing roughly drafted text and converting it into a structured, logical format • producing "How to" guides and training materials • producing documentation for internal use • providing cover and assistance to other departments in the company, as required skills required You will be expected to undertake a range of tasks and so will need to be flexible and adaptable. You will need to be able to communicate effectively and confidently with a wide range of people. You must be organised and efficient with excellent interpersonal skills. You must be motivated and have a proactive attitude with a desire to learn and progress. You must have a solid academic background with a degree in any discipline, and A-levels of grades ABB or higher. Experience or an interest in healthcare would be advantageous but not essential.
