The Client On-Boarding and Account Maintenance (COBAM) business’s vision is to be a best in class shared services organisation that is the centre of excellence for client onboarding, client due diligence and data management for Global Businesses. The overall objective of the role is to provide business and technical analysis for implementation of various business change imperatives with in the COBAM’s Change Delivery programme ensuring quality deliverables
Responsibilities of the role will include:
- Proactively communicating and collaborating with external and internal Business SMEs globally to understand the business problem/needs and articulating as business requirements.
- Identifying client organization's strengths and weaknesses and suggests areas of improvement.
- Mapping current state processes and engineer future state processes ensuring they incorporate business drivers and align to overall Business Architecture end vision
- Translating business requirements into clear and detailed specifications including Business Requirement Documents; Functional Specifications; Use Cases; Interface designs ensuring usability as key design principle; data models; other UML artefacts as required for the developer to build without ambiguity
- Managing the developer relationship to ensure they deliver a quality product in agreed timelines
- Collaborating with developers and subject matter experts to establish the technical vision and analyze tradeoffs between usability and performance needs.
- Ensuring requirements are good quality based on peer reviews and functional walkthrough sessions with stakeholders
- Ensuring timely delivery as per plan and budget
- Supporting design and development, systems testing and UAT
- Contributing towards setting the business / system analysis best practices/standards within the COBAM team and strive to make the COBAM Analysis team a centre of analysis excellence within HTS.
The successful candidate will have the following skills / experience:
• Evidence of designing business solutions that demonstrate clear business benefit.
• Ability to run workshops with key stakeholders
• Ability to conduct Stakeholder analysis
• Expert in analysing and documenting business processes
• Expert in writing business requirements
• Proven track of working closely with key business users
• Experience of Scenario-based requirements gathering
• Technical skills including SQL, UML and data modelling
• Good interpersonal skills; strong relationship management capabilities
• Ability to develop effective networks by seeking out opportunities for collaboration
